03Live chat (only if you accept)

Our website and app can show a live chat with our team, run by Crisp (France). It loads only after you choose Accept in the cookie notice, or switch on Live chat in Cookie settings. It is never shown on signing pages.

Crisp also keeps the conversation in your browser's local storage, and receives your IP address, browser and device details and the page you chat from. When you are signed in, it also receives your name and email so we know who we are talking to. See our Privacy Policy.

04Analytics and advertising

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We count visits to our public website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies or other storage in your browser and is not used in the app or on signing pages. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

05Managing cookies

Cookie settings, in the footer of our website and on your profile page, lists the cookies we use and lets you switch live chat on or off. Switching it off ends the chat session and removes Crisp's cookies from this browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies stops log in and signing from working.
