Start on Free with 5 documents a month. When you need more, subscribe to Solo or Team under Plan & billing, or right in the send dialog when you hit the limit: your document is sent as soon as the payment goes through.
Yes. Solo and Team are subscriptions that renew every month or every year, charged to the card or UPI mandate you set up at checkout. You get an invoice for every payment.
Yearly costs less than paying monthly for 12 months: the saving is shown on each plan when you switch to Yearly above. Monthly lets you stop any month.
Yes. Moving up (Solo to Team, or more users) starts straight away: you pay only for what’s left of the current period. Moving down or removing users takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Under Plan & billing, any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Your documents and signed PDFs stay.
We retry and email you. Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card or UPI; after that the workspace moves to Free until you subscribe again.
Each envelope you send for signature counts as one document, however many pages or signers it has. Drafts don’t count until sent.
No. Signers never need an account or a plan.
In Indian rupees, by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. You get an invoice for every payment, with GST shown once we’re GST-registered.
You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription, monthly or yearly. After that, payments aren’t refunded for part of a period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
