Preview NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 1. Confidential information

“Confidential Information” means any information the Discloser shares with the Recipient, in any form, that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, except information that is public, was lawfully known to the Recipient, or is received lawfully from a third party without restriction.

2. Recipient’s duties

The Recipient shall use Confidential Information only for the Purpose, not disclose it except to its personnel and advisers who need to know it and are bound by similar duties, protect it with reasonable care, and tell the Discloser promptly of any unauthorised use or disclosure.
